Frequently asked questions
I need supplies, where can I get them?
We can provide you with a supply list or make paint kits for pick up from our studio (paint kits start from $50 including a gift certificate for one class, a canvas and paints plus two brushes) or you can order from our Amazon links on our website, we may get a small commission for orders to help our cause
Do I need a deposit to secure a private party?
All online parties and private events require a minimum $100 deposit in advance. Larger groups may need 50% upfront.
How can I pay?
We accept e-transfer, cheques, paypal and credit card payments (credit card payments include a 3% admin fee)
Can you send me an invoice/receipt?
Absolutely! We can provide invoices and receipts.

How does a virtual Paint Night Work?
Events are held through Zoom, our fully interactive online meeting platform and led by our expert art teacher. For a Virtual Paint Nite, you will need: acrylic paint, paintbrushes, a canvas, water, paper towel, your favourite creative juice and an easel (optional).
How does a corporate event work?
Our founder is a former business adviser who has helped thousands of businesses grow with business planning, marketing, human resources management, team building, recruitment and so much more. As well as providing a super fun team building event, we have the unique capacity to take it further and tailor an event to suit your needs. Not only can we bring your team together for a fun moral boosting event, we can bring in some business strategies if you want to make a day of it!
What is mindfulness drawing?
Mindfulness drawing is a program which helps you focus on the present whilst creating something beautiful. We begin and end the class with a relaxation meditation. Get cozy, enjoy some time out, create and learn some wonderful strategies for dealing with daily stresses.
What is ECDL Art?
Our online public classes are open to a global audience. Latest programs invite students from all nations who wish to practise their english! Open to kids and adults, join any of our online events and practise your English! Our teachers are adult and child educators and we already have people from four nationalities in our childrens classes and we want more! Make potential lifelong connections in our online groups!
What is your refund policy?
Parties require $100 non refundable deposit 7 days in advance. Full balance must be paid on the day of the event before the event ends.
Paint nights may be refunded if notice is provided 48 hours before.
Lessons; we are sure you will be delighted with our programs however if you need to cancel we offer three options:
a) donate the class to a child in need through our kids scholarship program
b) convert it to a gift card you can use for anything (adult paint night, mindfulness class, future birthday party or use as a gift for someone else
c) pause the program for up to two years until you are ready to start again
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are the perfect present for any occasion as can be purchased by clicking below or by contacting us directly through our contact form
Bookings made with gift certificates must be made 48 hours in advance by completing our contact form
Groupon, Gift Certificates or Other Promotions
Certificates purchased may be used towards regular priced paint nights. Bookings must be made in the usual way. Failure to attend or cancellation without 24 hours notice will render groupon nil and void at the discretion of management.
